At the October FoAHP meeting, we asked that Vornado present the River House plans.

While many specific issues will be addressed and determined at the site plan stage of the process, Vornado’s presentation helped answer our questions regarding:

1. Preserving and perhaps incorporating green space and parkland to their development that will be much needed for any density increases to our neighborhood.
2. Tree canopy.
3. Incorporating affordable housing into the buildings rather than building over green space.
4. Possibility/space for a dog run for their dog-friendly buildings and usable by neighbors.
5. Location of accessible paths, retail, facilities, and new buildings.
