CivFed presentation and supporting documentation on the Level of Service and reservations for diamond fields. This presentation and the resolution received an overwhelming vote in support after disclosing how the fields are underutilized and even some are unneeded. The Civic Federation’s Park and Recreation Committee’s report which highlights inequities in access to open park space (unreservable, unbuilt spaces accessible to every member of the public). Pentagon City/Crystal City is one of the most under-served in open park space access in the County, including the almost non-existent open park space access at Virginia Highlands Park.
